PASHMINA IMAGE has been a leading Pashmina manufacturer of Nepal since 1995. Pashmina articles are the finest products of luxury fashion, accessories, home furnishings and gift items. Besides being a manufacturer and supplier (wholesaler), we do online retailing as per our clients' requirement.

We at Pashmina Image consider quality of prime importance. Therefore all our production is done in-house, under strict supervision, with trained workers. All of our management team have undergone training to facilitate quality implementation at every stage of the manufacturing process. Over eight years of experience & quality control measures have helped us acquire & maintain the confidence of our clients across the world.

All our products are made with best efforts of master weavers, who are dedicated to enrich Nepal's heritage of hand loom weaving. Anyone can easily distinguish the distinct character of textile, which is made one piece at a time with sheets of fabric rolling off a machine. After weaving, we apply hand dye by exhausting in the pot. As a result, each batch has a unique characteristic.

Pashmina wool is obtained from the goat called Chyangra. It is the softest wool of inner part of the goat which is screened several times to get very few amount of pashmina. This goat is available in the high mountain areas, above 12000 ft. from the sea level.

Recently some media like Spotlight has focused the illegal business of shahtoos, a product similar to softest Pashmina. This product is not available as we were/are not involved in this business.

Pashmina wool is imported from Nepal, Tibet and Mongolia and woven in different weave pattern. The thickness of Pashmina is 9-12 microns, i.e. 1/5 the thickness of human hair.
